This is the
EWI Tourcase
tm
Model AC30CC2 Road Case, which is a pullover style case,
suitable for housing a Vox AC30 guitar amplifier.
The AC30CC2 case is
equipped with 4 each medium sized recessed butterfly latches to
secure the cover to the tray. The case is equipped with 2 each
recessed padded flip-handles, one on each end. The rivets on
the handles are backed with backing washers to ensure strength and
durability.
Included with the case
are two sheets of 3/8" foam measuring 10 5/8" x 28 1/4" to custom
fit the interior height of the case, if needed, accommodating the
various versions of the AC30 and other Vox amps. These models
include: AC30C2, AC30C2X, VT100, AC30VR, AC30CC2, AC30 CC2X, V212BN,
V212BNX, and AC50P2. Please check your amp dimensions to
verify the case fit.
Four each 4" swivel casters are
included with this case, two of which are locking style and the
other two are regular swivel casters. The casters mount to the
3/4" plywood caster board on the bottom.
The extrusion is all aluminum
and double walled. The side panels are constructed with 3/8
inch hardwood plywood with an black ABS laminate surface. The case
is assembled with good quality rivets.
The inside of the
AC30CC2 case is fully padded with 1" thick high density foam rubber.
The
EWI Tourcases
are manufactured to exacting tolerances with excellent fit and
finish. This is a well made case that is sized nicely to
house one Vox AC30 combo amp, however:
Check the dimensions of your amp for proper
fit before ordering since your amp dimensions might be
different.
