Technical Description:

The EWI sliding rack shelves are currently available in two models: 

  • RF1UKM :  1U high x 12 1/2" front-to-back shelf surface

  • RF1UKM-LA with rear support capability:  1U high x 14 1/2" front-to-back shelf surface

These are basic metal sliding rack shelves suitable for mounting in conventional 19" racks.

The RF1UKM-LA has the added feature of rear mounting brackets.  With the purchase of the optional rack ears this shelf can be rear supported in a 16" or 18" deep rack.

The slide-out shelf is constructed with 0.047 (18 gauge) sheet metal.  The outer shell is constructed with 0.075 (14 gauge) sheet metal.  The drawer slides are steel construction with
ball bearing rollers, so they glide smoothly.  The finish is matt black paint.

The distance from the top of the shelf surface to the top of the rack frame
is 1" ( ± 1/32" ) on both models.
